support their customers with empathy and efficiency.
Your Responsibilities:
- Support Finnish-speaking customers with order-related issues (tracking, returns, payments).
- Communicate clearly and professionally across channels (phone, email, chat).
- Handle sensitive data responsibly and securely.
- Escalate complex cases using internal tools and procedures.
- Monitor and improve your own KPIs.
You have:
- Native-level Finnish and strong English (C1).
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and problem-solve efficiently.
- Previous experience in customer support is a plus.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Already located in Portugal OR willing to relocate for this opportunity (relocation help and housing allowance is offered by the hiring company)
