Mission
Provide professional, efficient, and prompt information to current and potential clients.
Support sales teams in logistics and sales activities to enable their success abroad.
Main Responsibilities
- Process orders for the sales team (entry, delivery tracking, invoicing)
- Provide product information to clients (product types, prices, delivery times)
- Proactively contact internal and external suppliers to prevent delays or expedite deliveries based on urgency
- Manage additional transportation needs for the sales team
- Handle complaints (damaged parts, equipment claims)
- Collaborate with the finance department (bank guarantees, returns, invoicing to banks/financial institutions)
- Manage stock and inventory (material requests and post-sales returns)
