- Provide detailed information about vehicle features, maintenance services, and available options.

- Document customer interactions and maintain records to ensure continuity and quality of service.
- Collaborate with the automotive team to improve service processes and enhance customer experience.

Requirements
- Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken.
