Responsibilities
1. Respond to customer inquiries in Polish through phone, email, and chat regarding automotive services and products.
2. Provide accurate and detailed information about various automotive options, services, and policies.
3. Assist clients with troubleshooting issues related to their automotive needs.
4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and document feedback for quality assurance.
5. Collaborate with the automotive team to improve services and operational efficiency.

8. Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
