As a Unified Communication Engineer Group Real-Time Communication, you will help us streamlining and deploying the various initiative, tasks, projects we have in our Real Time communications portfolio, while adopting our Agile Methodology with a focus on the following products:
1. RTC-TOIP Environnement : Microsoft Teams TO-IP / Microsoft .
2. SIP Gateway Traffic Manager: AudioCodes (Notions)
3. Contact Center And Reception Calling assistant software.
4. Live Events Solutions
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCESS WITH US?
5. You have technical background in products part of our UC – RTC portfolio
6. You have past experience in managing projects, tasks or initiatives in international and multicultural environment using Scrum Agile methodology .
7. You are an excellent communicator and are rigorous, which will help you building bridges with our customers from our maisons and business stakeholders.
8. You have knowledge towards Dashboarding through Power BI and Powershell scripting.
9. You are fluent in English, French is a strong plus.
