We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our Commercial team as a Data Management Assistant. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop practical skills in data management and administrative support within a global business setting in a collaborative team.
This role involves ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our commercial data processes while supporting administrative activities that keep our operations running smoothly. Key responsibilities include:
* Accurately capture, input, and update data in internal systems.
* Verify and cross-check information to ensure quality, consistency, and correctness.
* Support the Commercial team with basic administrative and data management tasks.
* Maintain confidentiality and handle company information responsibly.
* Perform additional data-related or administrative duties as required.
Key qualifications include:
* Good command of English (spoken and written).
* Legal right to work in Portugal (if not a local candidate).
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Good basic digital and system-handling skills.
* Motivation and reliability are essential.
* Valid driving licence and access to a car.
* No previous experience required.
