The Role
As a key member of our CCO Business Process team, you will own the full lifecycle of critical business processes, from initial design and documentation to implementation and ongoing optimization. You will leverage your expertise by introducing innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and scalability across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Owning the end-to-end mapping and documentation of business processes, ensuring a clear and comprehensive view of operational workflows;
* Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure processes align with business needs and strategic objectives;
* Driving the definition and implementation of new processes, ensuring consistency, scalability, and operational viability;
* Contributing to continuous improvement and transformation initiatives through a critical, data-informed approach focused on delivering tangible business outcomes;
* Analyzing and challenging existing processes by identifying opportunities for innovation, leveraging emerging technologies and disruptive solutions to drive smarter and more efficient ways of working;
* Acting as a senior reference within the team, supporting and mentoring other team members in their development.
Requirements
* 5+ years of experience in process mapping, improvement and transformation, ideally in complex or fast-paced environments;
* Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data to support decision-making — experience with SQL or BigQuery is a plus;
* Familiarity with process modelling tools (e.g., BPMN, Lucidchart, Bizagi) and methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma or similar;
* Experience working in cross-functional teams and understanding how to align process design with business and operational needs;
* Hands-on experience in implementing or optimizing processes supported by technology, automation or workflow tools (e.g., RPA, workflow engines, low-code platforms);
* Staying up to date with technology trends and a keen interest in applying innovation to process design and improvement;
