Responsibilities
* Collaborate transnationally with teams along the Value Stream Management and ensure end-to-end solutions.
* Consulting for different customers on digital development and improvement projects, including understanding, challenging, and translating customer needs into clear user stories.
* Consolidate data from Skywise, analyze, visualize, and interpret it to provide specific deliverables (e.g., KPIs, Dashboards, Performance Analysis, Business Recommendations, Reports).
* Support Project Leaders in achieving time, cost, quality, and performance objectives.
* Establish connections between Data Analytics and the Single Aisle Performance Management system to prioritize activities according to top management requirements.
Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
* Negotiation level in English.
* Good knowledge of Airbus Analytics Platforms (e.g., Skywise including Contour, Slate, and Code Repository).
* Programming skills in Python/Pyspark or equivalent.
* Excellent G Suite skills.
* Experience with data management.
* Stakeholder management experience and a customer-oriented mindset.
* Understanding of Performance Management, Project Management (e.g., Waterfall and Agile), and planning tools (e.g., Planisware, MS Project).
* Structured working approach with resilience and proactiveness.
* Ability to simplify business processes and communicate effectively.
* Flexibility, teamwork, and innovative thinking.
