We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer !
Responsibilities
- Development of services, applications, and modules on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring high-quality delivery within deadlines and budgets;
- IT integration in ServiceNow projects, ensuring all required integrations;
- Propose and implement process improvements;
- Use new technologies and innovative methods in service development;
- Prepare technical documentation according to company standards;
- Keep technical knowledge updated in ServiceNow, JavaScript, .
NET, and Jelly;
- Lead businessrequirements and interact with stakeholders, including C-level executives.
What are we looking for?
- Degree in Computer Science/IT or minimum 5 years of professional experience in IT;
- 5+ years of experience in technical analysis and design;
- Deep knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform, recognized as a specialist;
- Proven experience in software implementation and/or systems deployment;
- Certifications: ServiceNow Administrator, Application Developer, and Implementation Specialist;
- Technical expertise: JavaScript, Jelly, .
NET, Web Services (SOAP/REST);
- ITIL Foundation (preferred);
- Experience inAgile and Waterfall methodologies (preferred);
- Advanced English and French (mandatory, spoken and written);
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to manage priorities in a complex environment, with analytical and creative approaches to problem-solving.
