Software Development | Android Developer Responsibilities:Develop and maintain Android applications using Java and/or Kotlin.Design and implement user interfaces that align with mobile UI/UX best practices and design specifications.Integrate RESTful APIs and third‐party services to enable seamless app functionality.Debug, test, and optimize applications for performance, reliability, and user experience.Implement Android architecture patterns and utilize Jetpack libraries for modern app development.Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend developers to translate requirements into technical solutions.Manage version control using Git and maintain code quality standards through code reviews.Qualifications:Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.3+ years of professional experience developing Android applications.Strong proficiency in Java and/or Kotlin programming languages.Solid understanding of Android SDK, Android Studio, and the Android development lifecycle.Experience with RESTful API integration and mobile networking.Knowledge of Android architecture patterns (MVVM, MVP, or MVC).Proficiency with version control systems, particularly Git.Experience with debugging tools and performance optimization techniques.Fluency in English (spoken and written).Software Development | .NET Developer Responsibilities:Develop and maintain applications using .NET (preferably .NET 6/7/8).Design and implement microservices‐based architectures.Build RESTful APIs and/or gRPC services.Work with containers (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).Integrate solutions with cloud platforms (preferably Azure).Ensure best practices: clean code, automated testing, CI/CD.Collaborate with DevOps, QA, and Product teams.Contribute to technical decisions and architectural evolution.Qualifications:+3 years of experience with .NET / C#.Strong experience with ASP.NET Core and API development.Experience with microservices architecture.Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.Experience with Azure services (App Services, Functions, Service Bus, etc.).Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, etc.).Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.Experience with messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar).Agile methodology experience.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Fluent in English.Scrum Master | Agile Coaching Responsibilities:Facilitate daily stand‐ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.Coach development teams on agile principles, practices, and ceremonies.Identify, elevate, and resolve impediments that hinder team productivity and sprint progress.Collaborate with product owners to refine backlog prioritization and ensure clear user story definition.Analyze team metrics and velocity trends to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.Mentor team members on agile best practices and support their professional development.Communicate project status, risks, and achievements to stakeholders.Manage agile tools and workflows to maintain accurate sprint tracking and documentation.Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation, psychological safety, and continuous learning.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Scrum Master or similar agile coaching role.Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, methodologies, and technical processes.Expertise in Scrum, Kanban, or other agile frameworks.Proficiency with agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent.Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Experience in conflict resolution, problem‐solving, and removing team impediments.Strong analytical skills for interpreting metrics, identifying trends, and driving data‐informed decisions.Experience coaching and mentoring development teams to enhance performance and capability.Preferred: Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).Preferred: Background in software development or technical project management.Fluency in English (spoken and written).Senior Site Reliability Engineer – Devoteam Responsibilities:Ensure reliability, availability, and performance of large‐scale software systems.Automate operational tasks, improve observability, and contribute to incident management.Collaborate with development and technology teams to build more reliable and scalable applications.Develop and implement reliability frameworks and patterns.Conduct incident response and management, including rapid resolution and post‐incident analysis.Participate in system design consulting, platform management, infrastructure upgrades, and capacity planning.Partner with engineering and development teams to enhance product stability, observability, and manageability.Drive automation initiatives, promote Infrastructure as Code, and streamline deployment processes.Champion service‐oriented organization principles.Qualifications:6+ years in SRE, DevOps, or related role in a large‐scale environment.Software development experience (ideally working with .NET).Strong understanding of SDLC, microservice and HA architecture.Experience with observability tools such as NewRelic, ELK, Grafana, PagerDuty, OTEL.Experience with Kubernetes clusters in production, AWS, and IaC.Experience with operational tasks.Knowledge of CI-CD tooling (Jenkins, Gitlab, GitHub, ArgoCD).Knowledge of Terraform, Ansible.Basic knowledge of networking fundamentals.Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL).Senior Site Reliability Engineer – Altium Responsibilities:Understand how the Altium Cloud Platform works.Pioneer improvements in observability, including logging, monitoring, and application performance management.Develop and implement reliability frameworks and patterns across multiple regions and environments.Collaborate with engineering teams on reliability best practices.Contribute to incident response and management.Participate in system design consulting, platform management, infrastructure upgrades, and capacity planning.Work with DevOps/Operations to drive automation initiatives and infrastructure as code.Qualifications:6+ years in SRE, DevOps, or related role.Software development experience, preferably .NET.Strong understanding of SDLC, microservice, and HA architecture.Observability experience with NewRelic, ELK, Grafana, PagerDuty, or similar.Experience with Kubernetes clusters in production, AWS, and IaC.Operational task experience.Knowledge of CI-CD tooling (Jenkins, Gitlab, GitHub, ArgoCD).Knowledge of Terraform, Ansible.Basic knowledge of networking fundamentals.Experience with relational databases (MySQL,
