Job Description:
Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
Lead service ownership and quality (QoS) for Network Products, ensuring operational readiness and IPC process compliance;
Define service models, monitor performance, and deliver regular reporting;
Manage third-party vendors and coordinate with internal teams to deploy and improve services;
Drive service improvements, ensure alignment with global standards, and support incident escalations;
Maintain strategic relationships with stakeholders and oversee service governance globally.
Requirements:
Degree in Computer Science or similar;
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Service Management;
Strong background in Network Service Management, ideally with ITIL knowledge;
Proven ability to manage incidents, problems, changes, and drive service improvements;
Experience coordinating with vendors, managing budgets, and delivering cost efficiencies;
Excellentanalytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills;
Ability to manage priorities and work independently or as part of a global team;
Fluency in English.
