Responsibilities
- Produce the management control reporting to Head Office
- Participate in the management of the quarterly invoicing to internal clients. Ensure the coordination and control of their booking and payment with all stakeholders
- Participate in the forecasting and budgeting process
- Reporting, analysis, control and monitoring of headcount and expenses on a monthly basis (actual vs forecast/budget)
- Produce the necessary information and analysis to support Top Management
- Produce other ad hoc analysis for internal or external clients
- Continuous improvement of the team/'s processes
- Contribute to the onboarding of the new joiners
Profile And Skills To Success
- Master's Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or similar
- At least 7 years of professional experience in Project Management and Consulting, Banking and Financial Operations or Financial Analysis and Control
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office Pack Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of Financial and Performance Analysis
- Fluent in Portuguese and English, verbal and written
- Analytical ability
- Critical thinking
- Results driven and able to deliver
- Attention to detail and rigor
- Team player and ability to collaborate
