Define and implement the overall pricing strategy of the portfolio and correct positioning of the several SKUs. Correct alignment with essential internal stakeholders such as Retail, Logistics, Procurement, Digital and Support teams, guaranteeing correct flows of portfolio implementation. Propose and implement new GTM campaigns with focus on new customers' acquisition. Monitor business indicators and seek continuous improvement. Monitor market trends to collect data/insights to consider on proposals. Define business rules and operational procedures for different channels (stores, online, call center assistants). Run with Go-To-Market team several ATL/BTL media campaigns. Master's degree preferably in Management, Economics or Marketing. Good analytical, strategic and critical thinking skills. Results-oriented and with a high sense of responsibility, planning and autonomy. Sharp problem-solving skills with an entrepreneurial mindset. Customer-centricity focus. Good communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with team (using Agile methodologies) and capacity to manage multidisciplinary project teams. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a similar role. English Language proficiency.
