Key Account Manager
We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Key Account Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, as well as identifying new opportunities to drive growth and expansion.
* Maintain close communication with customers to monitor their daily sales and operations, and provide assistance in enhancing their sales and operational capabilities;
* Develop and execute strategic plans to expand distribution channels and increase market share;
* Collaborate on customer-related matters including contracts, orders, logistics, after-sales service, and marketing, ensuring seamless business operations;
* Oversee the monthly sales forecast, sales plan, delivery, and payment;
* Participate in annual business development activities.
To excel in this position, candidates should possess:
* At least 3 years of relevant work experience in sales and key account management, with extensive understanding of distributors, chain retailers, and dealers;
* Strong retail management expertise;
* Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Portuguese;
* Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management abilities;
* Willingness to travel.
