The Company
We are looking for a Strategic Procurement (m/f/d) to join a dynamic and growing organization in Viana do Castelo.
Your Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to optimize cost, quality, and supplier performance across key spend categories.
Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers through comprehensive market analysis, RFPs, and negotiations to ensure best value and alignment with company objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic suppliers to drive innovation, continuous improvement, and long-term collaboration.
Monitor supplier performance using KPIs and scorecards, implementing corrective actions where necessary.
Develop and report key procurement metrics to senior management, identifying opportunities for improvement.

Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable sourcing strategies.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Deep understanding of procurement best practices, supplier relationship management, and contract management.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities under pressure.
Knowledge of global supply markets, risk management, and sustainability/ESG practices.
Fluent in English.
