We are looking for a Test Manager to lead quality assurance processes in a high-impact international project within the IT sector:
Minimum of 6 years of experience in software testing, including 2+ years in a leadership or coordination role;
Proven experience in test planning, strategy definition, risk analysis, and team coordination;
Solid knowledge of functional testing, non-functional testing, and test automation practices;
Experience with tools like JIRA, TestRail, Xray, or equivalent;
Ability to interact with stakeholders and manage client expectations;
Fluency in French (mandatory) and good communication in English;
Knowledge of ISTQB certification and agile methodologies is a strong plus.
