We’re looking for a Social Media Coach to join our growing customer social engagement team for a leading global beauty brand. In this role, you’ll guide a talented team that engages with customers on social media platforms ensuring our client’s brand is represented with professionalism, empathy, and flair.
What You’ll Be Doing
Coaching
* Guide and motivate a team of customer service agents handling social media interactions
* Provide regular coaching and performance feedback
Social Media Engagement
* Enhance the brand's presence and engagement through community management
* Ensure high-quality, timely responses to customer inquiries across social platforms
* Handle escalations and resolve complex issues with care
Operations & Quality
* Track performance metrics and implement continuous improvements
* Ensure adherence to brand tone and social media guidelines
* Manage crisis situations swiftly and professionally.
What We’re Looking For
* Strong English proficiency (C1);
* Experience in social media community management – mandatory;
* Coaching experience in customer service or digital engagement;
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and crisis management skills;
* A natural affinity for social platforms – prior influencer experience or +1K followers is a plus!
