Trade Marketing Expert
Role Overview:
As a Trade Marketing Expert, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through effective trade marketing strategies. You will be responsible for developing and implementing trade marketing plans that align with our company's goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support New Product Development Trade Intelligence via shopper research, trade selling stories, channel recommendations
* Contribute to the respective launch teams & GTM Teams
* Support after launch in performance and sell-out tracking
* Identify and Support the specific needs of each country regarding POS materials and assets, while coordinating the development of these materials
* Create key visuals aligned with our brands, support the implementation of POS guidelines, and prepare detailed briefings for agencies
* Manage quotations, analyze proposals, and handle feedback throughout the process
* Additionally, the role supports the sharing of best practices across countries and assists with category management projects, including the development and implementation of planograms
* Analyze market data from sources such as IRI, Nielsen, and Unify to extract insights relevant to trade marketing, market simulations, and channel strategies
* Provide commentary on trends, compile reports, and update key presentations for internal stakeholders
* Handle ad-hoc requests for market and competitive deep dives, including consolidation of Nielsen country data
* Update and follow up on the NPD tracker to monitor performance of new product developments
* Support the tracking and analysis of digital KPIs to guide data-driven decisions
* Encourage the sharing of best practices related to promotional activities and Perfect Store concepts across countries
* Support implementation at the local level and track progress to ensure successful execution
* Support RCM Senior Trade Marketing Manager in steering business directions for Trade Marketing and with Centres of Excellence
* Support detecting go-to-market barriers and implement corrective actions with RCM or country to meet our goals
* Support fostering Trade Marketing Best Practice Sharing in the country clusters with Local Trade Marketing
Qualifications:
University degree, preferably in Marketing, Economics, or another relevant field
3–4 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Trade-related functions
Solid trade marketing knowledge with a strong focus on shopper research and behavior analysis, promotional strategy effectiveness, and category management execution
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, uncover insights, and translate data into actionable strategies
Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional projects with a results-driven, proactive attitude
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels, from junior team members to senior and top management
Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in sales, marketing, or trade-related functions
