We are seeking an
IT Application Manager - for HR Business
to manage and optimise HR applications, on a market leader on his sector, integrated on a global industrial and manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will ensure the efficient deployment of a core solution in HR (like Workday or SAP Sucess Factors), HR applications performance and align technology solutions with the HR business needs.
Description
Support on the implementation of a Global HR System based on ERP (Workday or SAP Sucess Factors).
Manage and maintain HR-IT applications to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with internal teams to align HR-IT solutions with business requirements.
Support the implementation of new functionalities and system updates.
Ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies and regulations.
Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed.
Stay updated on industry trends and recommend improvements to existing systems.
Profile
A successful IT Application Manager HR-IT should have:
Past experience as IT HR Expert, IT HR Business Partner, IT Application Manager, Business Analyst and/or Project Manager;
Proven experience with Workday or SAP Sucess Factors (plus for candidates with migration or deployment experience);
Strong technical skills in relevant HR-IT systems and tools.
Ability to analyse and solve complex technical problems efficiently.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of data compliance and security standards.
Ability to work in multicultural, multi-functional teams and projects.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
