We are seeking an experienced Python Developer with Django to join Arneo, a brand of the Mantu Group specialized in technological innovation and digital transformation. As part of our dynamic team, you will play a key role in developing artificial intelligence solutions that empower our clients in their strategic projects. Fluency in French, both spoken and written, is required for this role to ensure effective collaboration within our multicultural environment and with our clients.
Your missions
* Design and develop robust AI models tailored to client requirements
* Implement efficient Python and Django algorithms for data processing and machine learning
* Collaborate closely with technical teams to integrate AI solutions into client environments
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal tools and development processes
* Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning through active technological watch
* Document your developments and provide training to internal users
* Analyze complex business challenges and propose innovative, data-driven solutions
* Ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of delivered solutions
Your profile
* Academic background: Degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related field
* Experience: Proven track record in AI development or Data Science, with hands-on experience in Python and Django
* Languages: Fluent in French, both orally and in writing
* Technical skills: Excellent command of Python, Django, and associated libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.)
* Tools: Proficiency with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development environments
* Bonus: Experience with AI tools or solutions is a strong asset
* Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative team spirit
