About the Role
We are looking for a
Senior QA Automation Engineer
with strong expertise in
test automation and Agile delivery
to join a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in ensuring high-quality software delivery across complex telecom and B2B systems, with a strong focus on automation, cloud testing, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Functional & Automation Testing
Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks using
Robot Framework and Playwright
Execute manual testing for complex scenarios where automation is not feasible
Perform end-to-end testing across
web, APIs, backend systems, and data flows
Develop and maintain API automation using
Postman and RESTAssured
2. QA Ownership & Collaboration
Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and QA teams in an
Agile environment
Take ownership of test strategy, planning, and execution at story and sprint level
Mentor junior QA engineers on automation, API testing, and CI/CD practices
Maintain clear and structured documentation (e.g., Confluence)
3. Test Management & Reporting
Manage test cycles, test plans, and reporting
Execute test cases and track defects using
JIRA/Xray
Ensure structured defect management and traceability
4. Continuous Improvement
Drive innovation in QA by proposing improvements in automation and processes
Explore and implement
AI-driven testing approaches
where relevant
Required Skills & Experience
7+ years of QA experience, including
2–3 years in automation
Strong hands-on experience with
Robot Framework, Selenium
Experience in
Telecom / B2B domain
Solid understanding of
Agile methodologies and story-level testing
Experience with
cloud testing in GCP
Strong knowledge of
SQL / MySQL
Programming/scripting skills in
Python and/or JavaScript
Experience with
API test automation
(Postman, RESTAssured)
Familiarity with
CI/CD pipelines
(e.g., GitHub Actions) using
Docker / Docker Compose
Experience with
test management tools
(JIRA, Xray)
ISTQB certification
(or equivalent)
