Job Description
The Webmaster will serve as an operational support for the "Search Engine Optimization" team, primarily assisting the digital project managers and various departments. The role involves collaborating with the webmastering team to contribute to the modification and creation of web pages.
Main tasks and goals:
• Management of Webmastering Tasks (updating web pages) through the MONDAY tool:
* Handle requests submitted via the MONDAY platform (a daily meeting will be organized every morning with a digital project manager for task allocation among the four webmasters).
* Educate and inform stakeholders about the team's processes (briefing, production times, and delivery
* deadlines).
* Create and update web pages online.
• Relationship Management with Regional Departments:
* Ensure the processing of Teams tickets labeled "Etablissement" through dedicated channels.
• New Web Content:
* Collaborate with a digital project manager in Paris to contribute in the Back Offices using wireframes
and/or mockups, utilizing existing blocks in WordPress and provided text in Word.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's or Master's degrees in Computer Science, Web Development, or Information Technology.
* Certifications in content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress,
* Business Schools offering programs in Digital Business, E-commerce, or Digital Transformation.
* First experience contributing to a CMS (WordPress is a plus).
* Fluent level of French and English (at least C1 level);
* We are seeking a candidate who demonstrates strong adaptability, is detail-oriented and organized, proactively solves problems, listens well and shows empathy, while also exhibiting autonomy, responsiveness, and a strong team spirit.
* Strong Aesthetic Sense, Graphic Rigor, and Adherence to Brand Guidelines.
