Lyca Mobile, a leading multinational telecommunications company, is expanding in Portugal and looking for a
Complaints & Portings Manager
to join our team in Lisbon.
What we're looking for:
* Degree in Business Administration, Communication, or Customer Service
* 1+ years of experience in customer service, conflict resolution, or complaint handling
* Fluency in
Portuguese & English
(spoken and written)
* Strong communication skills, proactive and results-driven mindset, and a team-player attitude
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and validate customer port-in requests and documents
* Handle complaints and enquiries with professionalism and accuracy
* Ensure timely and high-quality responses to customer queries and formal complaints
* Prioritize and resolve complaints efficiently, documenting all cases and outcomes
* Coordinate with partners and legal advisors where necessary
* Provide regular reports on complaint trends, resolutions, and customer satisfaction
What we offer:
* Salary:
€10.20/ Day + €5.25/day food allowance
* Full-time schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:30–18:30
* 6-month fixed-term contract (with possibility of renewal)
