Join Transcom as a Customer Service Representative in the French and English market
* Be on the front line of support for clients and deliver impactful work on a company level. In this role you will:
* Assist customers via multiple channels in French and English
* Provide empathetic and efficient support, ensuring that customers feel heard and understood
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and seamless customer experience
To be successful in this role, the following is needed:
* C1 or native written and spoken proficiency in French
* C1 or native written and spoken proficiency in English
* Availability to work full-time, 5 days per week, on a rotating schedule (including weekends)
* Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, such as empathy and listening
* Ability to quickly absorb information, adapt and respond to change
* Positive attitude and willingness to provide brilliant customer experience - you believe that customers deserve more than just support
