Job Title: Commercial Risk Manager

The Commercial Risk Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to mitigate potential financial risks within our organization. This involves working closely with Sales Leadership to identify and prioritize key accounts, as well as facilitating regular account reviews and tracking mechanisms.

Key Responsibilities:
\

1. Collaborate with Sales Leadership to advance opportunities and remove obstacles impacting customer satisfaction and sales
\
2. Facilitate account reviews, develop tracking mechanisms, and manage the ARCR process
\
3. Develop a tracking mechanism and reporting dashboard on the Account Governance program
\
4. Review and manage the ARCR process
\
5. Manage the Retention forecast, ensuring an accurate view of our client portfolio at risk
\
6. Leverage customer engagement & satisfaction data to prioritize and implement improvements and efficiencies
\
7. Partner with Customer Success and Support on specified customer escalations
\
8. Drive specific initiatives as required by the Sales Leadership Team
\

Requirements:
\
\
9. Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build multi-level relationships in a large organisation
\
10. Strong presentation and writing skills with proven ability to present compellingly in English
\
11. Proactive self-starter, able to work unsupervised within agreed timeframes
\
12. Record of successfully driving teams of multiple stakeholders to the achievement of measurable outcomes
\
13. Experience attaining internal buy-in and securing commitments from stakeholders
\
\
Experience:
\
\
14. A minimum of 5 year's relevant experience in professional services management in a software organization, sales operations management, Client Success or similar area
\
15. Experience of working in a global software company
\
16. A background in change management, project management or program management would be advantageous for this role
\
\
Education/Certifications:
\
\
17. Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent experience
\
18. Possession of industry-relevant certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 would be highly valued
