Job Opportunity: Global Self-Serve Portal Analyst
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the delivery of a global self-serve portal within a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform. This 6-month contract, with potential extension, will start early January and involve working closely with stakeholders to capture requirements from discovery through development.
1. Capture, clarify, and document business needs for a scalable global self-serve portal solution.
2. Translate business requirements into clear Jira user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios.
3. Participate in discovery workshops to identify feature gaps and propose solutions aligned with the orchestration layer.
