Key responsibilities include:
* Initial qualification of leads inquiries coming through the website contact form
* Lead research and collecting additional information on prospects from publicly available sources such as social media and search engines
* Communication with leads to define their needs and provide them with more information about our products and services
* Preparing contracts and coordinating invoicing processes
Maintaining our CRM system by adding all relevant information about leads, converting leads into accounts in CRM and adding deals connected with this account, ensuring that all information in CRM is up-to-date.
