What you will do in this role
As a DCX Customer Attach, you will:
* Drive missed service attach in the small segment of existing customers through proactive, direct outreach.
* Provide professional support on incoming Enterprise Agreement queries.
* Collect, interpret and utilize customers' install base data to produce accurate customer-focused reports and push that information into the Enterprise Agreement conversion motion.
* Create detailed software licenses data analytics via quoting and install base reports.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders in creating proposals. Validate and adjust the respective proposals until matching expectations.
* Present discoveries and proposals to internal stakeholders for validation and confirmation on further actions.
* Create awareness and emphasize the value of the support services when engaging with the customers.
* Maintenance of high-quality customers' contact database with frequent updates on digital and direct customer feedback.
* Record customers' engagements in the sales tools, update internal databases and report on the customers' sentiment.
Your qualifications
