PThe GBS Trainer will play a key role in driving knowledge consistency and operational excellence across all finance processes, including Order-to-Cash (OTC), Procure-to-Pay (PTP), Record-to-Report (RTR), Financial Planning Analysis Reporting (FPA/R), and Master Data Management (MDM).
This position is responsible for designing, delivering, and maintaining training programs for both new hires and existing employees, ensuring continuous development and adherence to global standards.
Success in this role requires exceptional communication skills, in-depth process expertise, and the ability to create engaging, high-quality learning materials.

/liliDevelop and conduct onboarding sessions for new hires across finance processes (OTC, PTP, RTR, FPA/R, MDM) Darwin contents.
/liliFacilitate ongoing training to address skill gaps and process updates.
/liliCreate and Maintain Training Materials.
/liliPrepare comprehensive manuals, guides, and e-learning content.
/liliEnsure all materials are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with global standards.
/liliAssess Training Needs, Identify knowledge gaps through performance analysis, feedback, and audits.
/liliCollaborate with process owners and tower/CoE managers to define priorities and tailor content.
/liliMonitor and improve training effectiveness, evaluate program impact and propose enhancements.
/liliIncorporate innovative learning methods and best practices.
/liliEnsure Compliance and Governance.
Align training with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
/liliMaintain accurate records of sessions and participant progress.
/liliPromote a culture of continuous learning within the GBS organization.
/liliSupport knowledge transfer during country transitions and process migrations.
/li /ulpbr / /ppstrongRelationship / Metrics: /strong /ppbr / /pulliTime-to-Productivity: Average time for new hires to reach expected performance levels of post-training.
/liliTraining Effectiveness: Measured through post-training assessments and knowledge retention scores.
/liliError Reduction Post-Onboarding: Decrease in process errors or rework within 90 days after training.
/liliCompliance Rate: Adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements in trained processes.
/liliImpact on Operational KPIs: Improvement in process-specific metrics (e.G., DSO, invoice accuracy) post-training.
/li /ulpbr / /ppstrongLeadership and People: /strong /ppbr / /pulliAct as a knowledge ambassador, promoting a culture of continuous learning within the ManpowerGroup GBS organization.
/liliCoach and mentor new hires and existing team members to build confidence and expertise in finance processes.
/liliCollaborate closely with process GPO'S, Director's, Manager's, Supervisor's and PC to align training initiatives with business needs and talent development goals.
/liliFoster engagement and inclusion during training sessions, ensuring a positive learning experience for diverse teams across multiple countries.
/liliSupport change management during transitions and migrations by preparing teams for new systems, processes, and ways of working.
/liliEncourage feedback and open communication, using insights to improve training programs and employee experience.
/liliContribute to team development plans, identifying skill gaps and recommending targeted learning interventions.
/li /ulpbr / /ppstrongTechnical Competencies: /strong /ppbr / /pulliMinimum of 8 years' experience in Global Business Services (GBS) or Shared Service Centers (SSC) across processes such as OTC, PTP, RTR, FPA/R, and MDM.
/liliExperience providing critical input to the senior leadership level and other members of Level Management regarding the ManpowerGroup's financial performance, including actions related to the plan.
/liliStrong knowledge of end-to-end processes including OTC, PTP, RTR, FPA/R and MDM.
/liliSkilled in creating structured learning programs, including classroom, virtual and e-learning formats.
/liliAbility to track training metrics, analyze performance data, prepare dashboards or reports and create and maintain SOPs, work instructions and visual process maps.
