For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:
* Strong proficiency in C++.
* Proven experience with multithreading and concurrent programming.
* Solid knowledge of the Windows Template Library (WTL).
* Experience managing dynamic objects allocated on the heap.
* Good understanding of memory management, pointers, and resource cleanup.
* Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global team environment.
* Available to work on a fully remote basis, requiring at least a 4-hour overlap with New York business hours (EST/EDT).
