We would like to meet a Functional QA Engineer!
Responsibilities:
Design, execute, and maintain manual test cases and test plans.
Perform functional, regression, and exploratory testing across all products.
Identify, document, and track bugs with clear reproduction steps.
Collaborate with developers and product managers to clarify requirements.
Validate fixes and ensure product quality before releases.
Contribute to improving QA processes and documentation.
Requirements:
Proven experience in functional software testing
Understanding of web applications and client-server architecture
Familiarity with modern tech stacks (Vue.Js, Node.Js, .NET)
Basic knowledge of databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL)
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Knowledge of French is a plus, as CRM360 is in French (Plus).
Experience working with multiple products or platforms (Plus).
Knowledge of API testing (Postman or similar tools) (Plus).
Understanding of QA methodologies and best practices (Plus).
Good communication skills and ability to obtain results from other teams.
Autonomous and problem solver.
Strong communication skills.
Autonomous and proactive mindset.
Ability to work in a multi-team environment (offshore / nearshore / onsite).
Structured and documentation-oriented.
Speaks, reads and writes fluently in English.
