We are currently looking for a Recruiter to be part of our Recruitment Team in Portugal (Oeiras)
Role & Responsibilities:
Actively hunt and recruit potential candidates
Administer tests, conduct interviews, and select qualified candidates
Post and manage meaningful job advertisements independently
Manage the full recruitment process ensuring a smooth and positive experience for the candidate
Perform administrative duties including resume formatting for a client presentation, scheduling of interviews, the closing of candidates and job offer negotiations including terms of employment
Maintain and update the social media channels & local market, such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn & University connects
Planning and execution of recruitment events, e.g., job fairs, walk-ins, etc.
Coordination & communication with stakeholders and external partners,
Maintaining reporting/tracker
Requirements:
Min. 1 year of relevant experience in the local market / BPO / Agency companies
Good knowledge of English (at least B2)
Go creative ways and have innovative ideas to inspire new employees for the company
Ability to overcome objections and be persistent
Ability to handle conflicting deadlines with a sense of urgency
Enjoy working in a multicultural environment
Conditions:
Base salary above average
Meal allowance (9,13€ per day worked, in meal card)
Healthcare and Dental Insurance (since day one)
Work from Office (Office in Oeiras - Transport allowance or Shuttle)
Fixed schedule (Monday to Friday, Business Hours)
