Event Planner Role
The Event Planner plays a pivotal role in the planning, coordination, and execution of events hosted at our esteemed resort. This position supports and reports directly to the Director of Events.
* Support the organization and execution of all events and weddings hosted at the property;
* Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives, budgets, and preferences;
* Participate in the preparation of event timelines and ensure all departments are informed and aligned;
* Act as a key contact for clients during the planning process;
* Maintain open communication throughout pre-event consultations and post-event follow-ups;
