Senior Consultant Role
We're seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to help our clients drive digital transformation and improve their finance, accounting, governance, and regulatory practices using advanced data analytics and digital solutions.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Develop strong relationships with clients to deliver exceptional service.
* Gather and maintain critical data from primary or secondary sources.
* Design and develop effective data structures, ETL scripts, or programs for data management and analytics.
* Streamline data collection, cleaning, and analysis processes.
* Manage project tasks and report on work status to stakeholders.
* Stay informed of industry developments and trends relevant to clients' needs.
* Continually learn new technologies and share knowledge with team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience in finance function process assessments, design, and improvement.
* Ability to understand and document complex system architectures and dataflows.
* Proficient understanding of finance enabling tools and technology, such as ERP systems and financial reporting technologies.
* Programming skills in languages like Python, JavaScript, C#.
* Data transformation and integration technologies like Microsoft SQL and Alteryx.
* Analytics domain experience gathering requirements, solution design, build, testing, and deployment.
* Strong technical writing skills and data analytics knowledge.
* Business intelligence and data visualization platforms like Tableau and Power BI.
Qualification Requirements:
* Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Economics.
* At least 2 years of relevant experience.
* English fluency (minimum B2).
