We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing first-level support to users, gathering requirements, creating functional specifications, testing developed features, and participating in projects.
The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding and mentoring junior team members on best practices for projects and general tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* At least 3 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst;
* Previous experience in the banking or financial technology sector - mandatory;
* At least 5 years of previous experience with Loan IQ - mandatory;
* Experience with SQL;
* Experience in agile structure is required;
* Advanced level of English – Mandatory.
