Responsibilities:
Plan and lead engaging dance classes for various age groups and dance styles (e.g., ballet, hip-hop, contemporary, jazz, etc.).
Create choreography that challenges and inspires students while considering their skill levels.
Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help students improve their technique and performance.
Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere where students feel comfortable expressing themselves through dance.
Collaborate with other instructors and staff to develop and execute studio events and performances.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a dance instructor, with a strong foundation in one or more dance styles.
Ability to effectively communicate dance techniques and concepts to students of all ages.
Passion for teaching and inspiring others to develop their dance skills and artistic expression.
Patience and adaptability to work with students at different skill levels and learning paces.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to create a welcoming and supportive classroom environment.
Reliability and punctuality in fulfilling scheduled teaching commitments.
