Your mission, roles and responsibilities
What is your role and surroundings?
Our Faurecia Automotive Seating Business Group is looking for you as VIE Deputy Central & R&D Controller m/f in Saint Jean Da Madeira, Portugal.
What will be your main missions?
1. In charge of the accuracy for the forecast regarding prototypes and tooling costs, sales, cash out, and cash in.
2. Highlight Program Cash status and provide recommendations to management.
3. Provide and secure R&D and Program team controlling inputs for actual and forecast.
4. Support in the Monthly follow-up of the Program dashboard.
5. Ensure reconciliation and alignment between financial reporting (accounting / ERP) and Management reporting per semester before hard close and Gate (Business Plan).
6. Monitor gradually business plan cost data’s source to plants on a periodic basis.
7. Monitor the Capex spent per semester and alignment with the plants.
8. Support the preparation of the Controlling Functional Milestone for the Program Gates.
Your profile and competencies to succeed
What you need to join us?
* Master’s degree in Finance.
* First experience in controlling, or significant apprenticeship experience in controlling preferably in an industrial environment.
* Computer literate and good knowledge of IT systems.
* Solid accounting knowledge.
* Strong teamwork.
* Good communication skills.
* Fluent English.
