SAP Program Management Role

Key Responsibilities
* Lead complex SAP programs across global manufacturing sites, utilizing exceptional leadership skills to drive results.
* Establish governance frameworks and project management standards to ensure alignment with business objectives.
* Oversee project portfolios and ensure dependencies are tracked and reported effectively, providing visibility into program performance.
Stakeholder Engagement
* Engage with senior business leaders from Manufacturing, Quality, and Finance to foster collaboration and mutual understanding.
* Manage external system integrators and internal delivery teams to ensure seamless integration and effective execution.
* Facilitate executive steering committee meetings and program reporting to ensure stakeholders are informed and aligned.
Financial Management
* Manage program budgets and forecasts to ensure financial sustainability and adherence to budgetary constraints.
* Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining financial controls to mitigate risk.
