Job Description
This role involves assisting customers during their online shopping experience, resolving issues, answering inquiries, and ensuring satisfaction. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling sensitive data securely and following escalation procedures as needed.
As a member of our team, you will work independently to meet deadlines and collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints efficiently.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Danish language proficiency at C2 level (native-like fluency)
* Fluent English language skills at C1 level (professional proficiency)
* Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
* Ability to work rotating shifts and adapt to changing priorities
* Currently residing in Portugal or willing to relocate
* EU passport or valid residence card for Portugal
