Job Description:
- Customer service;
- Sale of services and products;
- Performing administrative tasks related to sales/customer service processes.
Skills Profile:
- Educational qualifications at the level of 12th Grade;
- Professional experience in selling services/products related to telecommunications – PREFERRED;
- Proficiency in handling applications and IT tools;
- Ability to work in a team, demonstrating high empathy, consideration, and proactivity;
- Goal-oriented, with a planned, rigorous, professional, and ethical work approach;
- Availability to work in shifts and rotating days off in a shopping mall/retail environment, from Monday to Sunday, between 09:00 and 23:00;
- Immediate availability.
