Plan and set up the kitchen, storage systems, and common spacesHelp furnish rooms (ordering, receiving deliveries, assembling, organizing)Coordinate the garden build-out, outdoor showers, and spa areasAssist with contractors (plumbing, electricity, carpentry, internet installation)Maintain checklists and ensure tasks move forward smoothlyCreate simple operational systems for cleaning, maintenance, and logistics
Occasionally supervise small teams or tradespeople on-siteThis role blends operations, logistics, problem-solving, and hands-on work.⸻Requirements
