About The Job

Electronic Client Solutions is a global team within the COO group. ECS represents the backbone of our Electronic trading offering, providing a single point of contact for client queries.

Its core function is to support clients, trading venues, and external counterparties. ECS manages client enablement, client support, and vendor relationships across all ecommerce platforms.

* ECS supports BNP PARIBAS clients on Single dealer and Multi dealer platforms in conjunction with Sales and Trading.

ECS are a critical component of Electronic Business & Markets group, providing the highest level of service to our external and internal clients.

Your Main Activities Are

* The role is transversal in nature, focusing initially on Fixed Income activities but requiring flexibility to expand support to Foreign Exchange operations as business requirements evolve.

Client Enablement

* Responsible for managing and implementing client/user enablement requests to our electronic trading platforms.
* Relationships with other departments - Sales, Trading and IT Support Teams to manage configuration of pricing and client margin across various platforms.

Business Support

* Resolve issues across all our electronic products and services, ensuring quick and effective resolution.
* Ensure clients are connected, priced, and able to trade at all times.
* Monitor system status and electronic trade flows.
* Use data-mining analysis tools to identify issues.
* Provide business support to Trading & Sales.

Pricing Configuration

* Manage pricing and tier changes for Sales and Trading in respective gateways.
* Manage price controls and limits across all products, ensuring controlled and approved prior to implementation.

Business Optimisation

* Client Engagement Activities: monitor new client activity, dormant clients, and users, follow up on credit and limit issues.
* Conduct client feedback surveys to ensure we meet customer expectations, improving service levels and product development as needed.
* Record client engagement activities in our ecommerce CRM tool to ensure accurate and meaningful MIS around Client Engagement.
* Review manual processes and suggest new operating models to improve efficiency.

Profile And Skills To Success

* Academic background in Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, Economics or similar areas (preferential).
* An overall understanding and interest in the financial world.
* Fluency in English (mandatory).
* Excellent communication skills and client focus.
* Strong team work while being able to work autonomously.
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
* Ability to work under tight deadlines and organisational skills.
* Strong Excel knowledge.
* Python and other IT coding Skills – (Intermediate).

We are seeking a motivated professional to provide dedicated support for our United States operations.

This role operates on Lisbon-based hours corresponding with U.S. working hours, guaranteeing coverage throughout the typical U.S. workday.

Candidates must demonstrate flexibility for backup coverage and be prepared to adapt their schedule as business needs dictate.
