About the Role
We are looking for a Portuguese-speaking Technical Support Advisor to join our support team in La Coruña.
In this role, you will help customers solve technical issues, provide guidance, and deliver a high-quality support experience in a professional and multicultural environment.
Responsibilities
* Provide technical support to customers on products
* Diagnose and resolve software and configuration issues efficiently and professionally.
* Handle customer inquiries with empathy, patience, and clarity.
* Use critical and logical thinking to identify root causes and deliver effective solutions.
* Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex cases when necessary.
Requirements
* Native Portuguese and advanced English (spoken and written).
* Training or professional experience in IT technologies, especially Cloud solutions
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
* A customer-oriented mindset, with the ability to adapt to different user needs.
