We are looking for an Global Project Manager! Responsabilities: Define and execute the end to end project plan for onboarding new applications to the IGA tool. Define, monitor and escalate/report on progress & status of the overall reconciliation compliance for group. Ensure all deliverables (scope, schedule, quality, budget) are met on time and within agreed constraints. Follow up with stakeholders from CTO organization to ensure automation of reconciliation as per defined schedul.e Provide technical guidance on IAM concepts (application onboarding, entitlement models (eg: RBAC), provisioning, reconciliation, recertification, segregation of duties). Ensure project scope implementation is in line with the Group and group baselines. Build and maintain relationships with business owners, application teams, security/compliance groups, etc. Conduct regular steering committee meetings, status updates, and risk/issue reviews Identify, log, and triage issues; lead root cause analysis and coordinate resolution across functional teams Escalate critical blockers to senior leadership with recommended mitigation actions. Define, maintain, and produce periodic progress dashboards, risk registers, and KPI reports (e.g., % of applications onboarded, reconciliation coverage, exception rates). Act as a liaison between the Global Service Lead and regional IAM teams to ensure alignment throughout the duration of the project – conduct periodic governance follow ups with onshore and offshore teams. Requirements: 10+ years of experience leading large scale, global IT projects (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred). Proven track record delivering IAM/IGA initiatives on time and within budget. 5+ years of hands on experience with IAM/IGA solutions (e.g., SailPoint, Saviynt, IBM Security Identity Governance, Oracle Identity Governance) Deep understanding of application onboarding, access reconciliation, entitlement certification, role mining, and segregation of duties Experience with reporting/visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau) for KPI dashboards PowerBI experience.
