About the Role Your role will be the heartbeat of your region, supporting Directors and Educators to deliver remarkable, fun, and safe programs. You will also: Manage a portfolio of 11-15 schools in your region, ensuring our OSHC programs shine. Lead a team of Directors and Educators, empowering them to grow and develop. Drive program growth, focusing on retention and innovation. Visit schools daily to connect with your team, troubleshoot, and ensure smooth operations. Represent TeamKids, embodying our values and culture in all interactions. Manage and coach 2x DOS/Mentors who support the training and upskilling of your team.
