Required Skills and Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience in IT Helpdesk
* Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues
* Excellent communication skills and customer service
* Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, MacOS) and remote support tools
* Active Directory
* Intune
* Network knowledge (IP, DNS, VPN, Wi-Fi troubleshooting)
* English (B2/C1)
