IT Recruiter
to join our client's growing Talent Acquisition team within a dynamic consulting environment. You will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top IT talent across a wide range of projects and clients.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT roles (from briefing to offer stage)
Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand project needs
Source and engage top IT talent through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking)
Conduct interviews and assess both technical and cultural fit
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
Track recruitment metrics and provide market insights to stakeholders
What We're Looking For
2+ years of experience in IT recruitment (agency or in-house, consulting experience is a plus)
Strong understanding of IT roles (e.g., software development, cloud, data, cybersecurity, infrastructure)
Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Fluent in English (mandatory)
Proactive, resilient, and solution-oriented mindset
Candidates must be located in Portugal as we have an hybrid model
