Job Description:
Stefanini EMEA is seeking a highly skilled SAP ABAP Senior Consultant to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to develop and implement HR solutions using ABAP, while working in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work on projects that involve process improvement, standardization, and innovation. They will be responsible for supporting and implementing SAP SuccessFactors, developing and debugging complex ABAP programs for SAP HR modules, translating functional needs into technical specs and documentation, and supporting software rollouts and updates.
This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and teamwork skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information technology or a related field, with at least 2 years of experience in SAP ABAP development, preferably in HR modules.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Academic background in information technology or a related field
* 2+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development, preferably in HR modules
* Strong knowledge of SAP Business Integration Builder
* Experience with Outsystems, OpenText, and SAP architecture is a plus
* Proactive, analytical, organized, with strong English skills
