Em parceria com empresa líder no sector da indústria, estamos a recrutar um Post Investment Senior Controller.
Responsabilidades chave
1. Conduct financial and operational performance assessments of completed investment projects;
2. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure project objectives are met;
3. Identify discrepancies between initial feasibility projections and actual outcomes, providing recommendations for future improvements;
4. Prepare post-feasibility reports, highlighting financial returns, risks, and operational efficiencies;
5. Develop insights from financial data and present findings to senior management;
6. Ensure compliance with management accounting principles and financial reporting standards;
7. Utilize Primavera and SAP systems to analyze large datasets and extract meaningful insights;
8. Contribute to digitalization initiatives by leveraging technology for enhanced investment tracking;
9. Identify inefficiencies in investment processes and suggest automation or optimization strategies;
10. Evaluate risks associated with investment projects and propose mitigation strategies;
11. Support business units in making data-driven investment decisions;
12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance investment governance and risk control measures;
13. Work closely with project management, finance, and operations teams to ensure alignment on investment objectives;
14. Provide clear and concise reports to senior management and stakeholders;
15. Conduct site visits to assess project progress and effectiveness;
16. Collaborate with local teams to gather real-time data and insights.
Competências
* Bachelor’s or master’s degree in statistics, mathematics and/or engineering fields, such as mechanical engineering;
* Min. 4+ years prior experience in investment projects or business decision departments in cement, manufacturing, telecom, and energy sectors;
* Primavera knowledge and experience is a plus;
* Knowledge of management accounting and financial reporting;
* IT Knowledge of digitalisation, technology process and SAP/ERP, strong data analytics knowledge;
* Feasibility reporting, analyzing and post-feasibility analysis;
* Able to travel to different locations;
* Critical thinking and problem-solving skills;
* Excellent command of English (verbal & written) and French for only Africa operations;
* Professional discretion and confidentiality;
* Possess a collaborative personality and be open to suggestions from team members;
* Strong time management and organisational skills and ability to meet timelines.
