Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Project Manager focused on Crypto & Blockchain. You will own project timelines, coordinate work across teams, and ensure projects in the blockchain and cryptocurrency space are delivered successfully. Your responsibilities include managing logistics, tracking project progress, expediting processes, organising inspections, and keeping stakeholders aligned through clear communication. The role calls for a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to run several complex projects at once in a fast-paced setting.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in project management: planning, resource allocation, and risk assessment
• Experience in expediting and expeditor-type roles to streamline workflows and meet deadlines
• Experience with inspection processes to ensure quality and compliance with project requirements
• Proficiency in logistics management: coordinating resources and tracking deliveries or handovers
• Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with cryptocurrency and blockchain technologies is a significant advantage
Base Salary: €160,000-€180,000 annually
End-of-year bonus based on performance results of up to 20% of annual salary
